All of the E-gift cards or afternoon tea E-vouchers have an expiry of 2 years from date of purchase.
The E-gift card can be used in the shop and Cafe’ and doesn’t have to be used in full on the first transaction. It cannot be exchanged for cash and no refunds will be offered on the value of the card.
The afternoon tea E-voucher is an experience voucher for an afternoon tea only and cannot be used for any other purchase or product at the café or farm shop. It is a fixed price voucher and no change can be offered. If you wish to purchase a gift card that can be spent across the site (farm shop & café) please buy a farm shop E-gift card, which can be used to purchase any product in the café or farm shop.

We keep personal information for an indefinite period for as long as it has a use to the business via marketing or for repeat café bookings. You can request this is removed at any time by emailing info@pearcesfarmshop.com. The loyalty card scheme is reliant on purchasing information. Without this the scheme would need to be closed.
